Emily Troutman, DO, is a board-certified family medicine practitioner who sees patients of all ages for overall well-being, chronic medical conditions and acute illnesses.
Dr. Troutman is passionate about treating each patient holistically in body, mind and spirit. She is passionate about building respectful partnerships to empower patients to take control of their health. Along with evidence-based medicine, she enjoys using integrative therapies like osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT), nutrition and acupuncture. Her practice combines evidence-based medicine with holistic modalities to prioritize health.
Dr. Troutman earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Nutrition at Colorado State University. She completed a family medicine residency at Saint Anthony Hospital North. She’s a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the Physician Wellness Committee.
Dr. Troutman spends her free time cycling, especially on gravel, hiking, long walks with her dog, family time, cooking, painting, drawing and playing video games.
