Trace-Ann Gooden, FNP-C

Trace-Ann Gooden, FNP-C, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the West Indies and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. As a family nurse practitioner, Trace-Ann performs annual exams, manages chronic diseases, including diabetes and hypertension, and treats acute illnesses such as GERD and respiratory infections.

Trace-Ann is deeply grateful to work with her patients toward their well-being and is dedicated to working collaboratively with them to achieve their wellness goals. She is passionate about inspiring people to take charge of their health from a preventive standpoint, aiming to keep individuals out of the hospital unless absolutely necessary.

When not at work, Trace-Ann enjoys walking in nature, journaling, listening to inspirational music and practicing her faith. She also values connecting with family and friends and exploring new adventures, as long as heights aren't involved.

As a family nurse practitioner, Trace-Ann's care philosophy is grounded in compassion, respect and comprehensive wellness. She prioritizes building a trusting relationship with her patients, ensuring they feel heard and valued.
