NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla., October 30, 2019 – The AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach Auxiliary donated $20,000 to the AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach Foundation.
The volunteers raised these funds through various activities, such as sales in the lobby and gift shop.
The donation will support several projects at the New Smyrna Beach hospital, including the purchase of 3D mammography technology.
The AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach Auxiliary encourages anyone who wishes to support the hospital to join the team of volunteers and commit to serving four hours per week. Opportunities are available in a variety of different areas. Serving the needs of the hospital, patients and families can be incredibly rewarding, and the caring services provided can have a real impact on the community.
