AdventHealth has named Andrii Korchuk as chief financial officer (CFO) for AdventHealth Waterman, effective Dec. 1.
During his 11-years with AdventHealth, Korchuk has served in progressive leadership roles, most recently as the finance director for the AdventHealth West Florida Division. He has also been a leader in capital planning, multi-hospital finance reporting and labor management.
“His expertise in health care finance and his talent for tackling complex challenges will enhance our ability to serve the community,” said Abel Biri, president and CEO of AdventHealth Waterman and the North Lake/South Sumter market. “Andrii’s leadership will empower us to deliver exceptional care while advancing our commitment to providing comprehensive, whole-person health care in our region.”
Korchuk earned a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance management at Southern Adventist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in international business from the Ukrainian Institute of Arts and Sciences.
“I’m looking forward to joining the incredible team at AdventHealth Waterman,” said Korchuk. “Throughout my career, I’ve seen how strong stewardship, education and multidisciplinary partnership can make a real difference in the lives of patients and the community. I’m excited to bring my experience to this mission-driven, passionate team to advance our Christian healing ministry.”
Korchuk volunteers with Adventist clinics abroad and is on the board of trustees for Angelia Adventist Clinic in Ukraine.
