Chip Seagle recognized with 911 Telecommunications Award

Chip Seagle holds his 911 Telecommunications award.

Chip Seagle, a paramedic with AdventHealth Gordon EMS, was honored with the 911 Telecommunications Award at this year’s Gordon County Emergency 911 awards banquet at the end of National Public Telecommunications Week in April. This award was selected by Gordon County Emergency 911 based on team members’ overall performance and commitment to public service.

Donald Bowen, deputy director of AdventHealth Gordon EMS, said, “Chip’s quick wit and comical demeanor overflows to everyone he’s around while at work, including the E911 staff. He cares about his patients and delivers great compassionate care to all from the most serious to the everyday routine types of calls.”

“Our EMS team serves on the front lines daily to take care of our community,” said Chris Self, president and CEO of AdventHealth Gordon. “Their dedication and passion for helping our patients and the community is incredible. We are all thankful to serve alongside them.”
