N.C., November 23, 2021 — Give the Gift of Life at the AdventHealth Hendersonville December Blood Drive

Nov. 23, 2021; HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. – A simple act of kindness could be a true life-saving gift for someone in our community this holiday season. AdventHealth Hendersonville invites you to help meet the urgent need for blood donations on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.

One hour of your time is all it takes to provide this vital resource for family, friends and neighbors in need of blood products as they battle cancer, face surgeries or experience emergencies.

To help make it easy for the public to donate, AdventHealth and The Blood Connection are following all safety protocols including requiring face coverings and social distancing. TBC will screen all donors for COVID-19 Antibodies after every completed donation.

100 Hospital Drive, Hendersonville

Look for The Blood Connection Mobile Donor Unit in the parking lot.

All donors will receive a $20 e-gift card!

The Blood Connection is a non-profit organization. A person can donate blood every 56 days. Donors must be 16 years or older and weigh more than 110 lbs. to donate. Sixteen-year-old donors are required to have written consent to donate blood. Before you donate blood, make sure that you drink plenty of water and eat a healthy meal. TBC Donor ID Card (preferred) or photo ID required to donate. Gift cards and other incentives are non-transferable.
