AdventHealth has appointed Greg Edris, director of purchasing for the health system’s Central Florida Division – South Region, to the position of vice president of supply chain for the organization. In this role, Edris will design, develop and execute the vision, strategic plan and annual operating plan for the Central Florida Division working closely with strategic supply chain. He will report to Marisa Farabaugh, chief supply chain officer and senior vice president for AdventHealth, and provide support to Janice Hagensicker, senior finance officer and senior vice president for AdventHealth Central Florida Division – South Region.
“Our supply chain organization plays an important and evolving role in attaining better, more cost-effective patient outcomes. Greg brings deep experience and expertise that will accelerate our patient-centric focus and guide our teams in supporting our clinicians, patients and patients’ families during their health care journey,” said Farabaugh.
Edris has served AdventHealth for more than 25 years. Prior to his role as director of purchasing in the materials management department, Edris held progressive roles in the Central Florida Division including assistant director and resource manager of materials management, finance manager for AdventHealth Celebration and AdventHealth Kissimmee, lead accountant, and finance analyst.

Edris earned a Master of Business Administration from Webster University in Orlando, Florida, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and management from Andrew’s University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
Edris and his wife, Trish, who also serves AdventHealth in a leadership role, have 2 boys, ages 14 and 11. In their spare time the family enjoys traveling and sports.
