Lukasz Cerbin, MD

Lukasz (Luke) Cerbin, MD, was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. He specializes in caring for complex arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia and accessory pathways. He is also skilled at implanting contemporary cardiac devices such as pacemakers, leadless pacemakers and defibrillators.

Dr. Cerbin attended Indiana University for undergraduate studies in biology and neuroscience, graduating with highest distinction. He then attended Northwestern University in Chicago for medical school, discovering his passion for cardiology. After medical school, he traveled to Duke University for his residency in internal medicine, where he published numerous research papers while working with the illustrious Duke Clinical Research Institute. In hopes of settling permanently in view of the mountains, Dr. Cerbin relocated to Denver for cardiology and then electrophysiology (EP) fellowships at the University of Colorado, where he received numerous teaching and clinical awards and served as chief fellow.

When not practicing cardiology, Dr. Cerbin enjoys running, hiking, cooking, sports — including cheering on the Indiana University basketball team — and any activity that allows him to spend time with his wife and three young children.

Dr. Cerbin provides compassionate care and incorporates state-of-the-art technology and techniques to achieve the best possible results for his patients.
